Heyyyy! Here I am… Not sure how many of you are still here but here’s another poem I wrote for an assignment. I hope you like it!
Do you ever go back in the past,
and wish you could do more?
Do you hate yourself for things you’ve done,
and wish you had an undo button?
But have you ever said,
that the past has gone and its time to move on,
and build my way keeping in mind the mistakes I made,
Pave my path with an understanding of the past.
You say you hate life because it is tuff
or do you be grateful for what is given to us?
You say you have a future to prepare
or do you spend every moment with mindfulness and care?
Say ‘I will learn from my wrongs and make them right’,
Don’t say ‘I’ve given up out of fright’.
Change the way you look at things,
and things you look at will change
